This course is designed for people whose first language is not English and want to improve their spoken and written language skills. This programme is offered at levels of learning that meet the needs of individual students and designed for students who are working towards the First Certificate in English.

You will gain knowledge and understanding in basic vocabulary within English.

How will I be assessed?
You will be expected to do weekly homework and at the end of the course there will be an external examination by Cambridge Assessment English, which will lead to a B2 level qualification on the Common European framwork of reference for Languages (CEFR).
There are no academic entry requirements, however you will have an assessment to evaluate your level and then be placed into the appropriate group.
This programme is accredited by Cambridge Assessment English - an internationally recognised qualification. This is a part-time programme.
On successful completion, you will be able to progress onto the next level on the Common European framework.
This qualification is accepted by Higher Education institutions, employers and governments worldwide.
