Musical Theatre students at Buckinghamshire College Group will be in action in June with an entertaining musical production of Big Fish, based on the Motion Picture directed by Tim Burton. Big Fish tells the story of Edward Bloom, a travelling salesman who lives life to its fullest. Edward’s incredible, larger-than-life and almost impossible stories thrill everyone around him – most of all, his devoted wife Sandra. But their son Will is determined to find the truth behind his father’s epic tales before he loses him forever.
Performances of Big Fish are open to the public and take place on June 14/15/16 at the Theatre on the Hill at the Amersham campus at 7.30pm. The 2:30pm matinee performance on Friday 15th June is completely dedicated to Macmillan Cancer Support with all royalties and box office takings being donated from the performance to the charity. There will be collections at all other performances for Macmillan too.
Tickets for the show cost £10 Adults and £8 Concession.
