Hospitality at Chilterns MS Centre Art Exhibition

Hospitality at Chilterns MS Centre Art Exhibition

For the second year running Aylesbury College Hospitality and Catering students have helped at the Chilterns MS Centre Art Exhibition preview evening, serving canapes and drinks to guests.

Fred Reader, course tutor, said that the students worked brilliantly and were quick to adapt to the change in environment. Sophie and Will, two of the students who attended said that the event was very different to anything they’ve done so far.  They enjoyed the fast pace and style of the evening, and said it was nice to be able to interact with guests on a more personal level.

The weekend was a huge success with approximately 1000 people coming to the Chilterns MS Centre for the event.  Every penny made will help them continue to support 550+ local people with multiple sclerosis and their carers.

Hannah Asquith, Head of Fundraising and Communications at the Centre said ‘We have been extremely grateful for the high quality service you and your students provide.  Our guests always comment on how professional you all look, and how lovely it is to have the support of our local college at our Art Exhibition and Sale, the flagship event of the Centre.’

A huge thank you to all students involved.
