This introductory qualification has been designed to introduce you to a range of practical skills from across the hair and beauty industries.

This qualification has been designed to prepare you for employment as a supervised assistant/apprentice.

  • What will I learn?

    You will learn basic manicure, pedicure and head massage skills alongside theory understanding of the hair and beauty industry.

    • Head Massage
    • Manicures
    • Pedicures
  • How will I be assessed?

    There will be written assignments alongside practical skill assessments.

  • Entry Requirements

    There are no entry requirements.

  • Progression & Career Opportunities

    Level 2 Beauty Therapy or Hairdressing. This pathway could lead to working in Salons, Spas or the travel industry i.e cruise ships or mobile working.

  • Additional Information

    You are required to follow industry stnadards, no piercings, long hair in a bun, no false nails, flat closed toe shoes and a uniform.

    You will require a Basic Kit (£275) and Uniform (£35).

    This course will run on Thursdays, from 6pm to 9pm.
