Entry Requirements
Ideally have some work experienceand be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to learn about Human Resources.
Applicants should also ideally have GCSE grades 4 (C) or above in English and Maths.

Progression & Career Opportunities
You will be able to undertake the CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management (Level 5). You will also become a Chartered Member of the CIPD. There are a number of roles in the industry that will be open to you, such as Human Resources Officer or Advisor.

You will be required to become a member of the CIPD when you join the course - the membership fee of £180 to be paid directly to The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
