We are the largest provider of apprenticeships in Buckinghamshire. Our experienced team of Trainer-Assessors works closely with apprentices and their employers, supporting you throughout your apprenticeship. We deliver this apprenticeship using the mixed delivery model. Students work full time in the workplace and attend college for a monthly evening workshop. Evening maths, English and ICT lessons may be required in addition to the workshops. We pride ourselves on our industry-standard facilities and the outstanding support we deliver for apprentices and employers.

How will I be assessed?
Many of the units are assessed by a computer based exam. Some units are assessed by computer administered methods and marked by an assessor. You will also be assessed in the workplace.
You should have 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths, English and ICT or equivalent key skills. You should also be in a work environment in a suitable level of employment to work at level 3.
Progression & Career Opportunities
You could move onto a higher or degree-level apprenticeship. Alternatively you could study a range of courses full-time or part-time courses at higher levels, including University degrees. Customer service skills and knowledge are soiught after by most organisations so the career opportunities are wide ranging.
