This course is for anyone who wants to be a chef in the catering and hospitality sector and have already achieved a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery.

There are two routes; professional cookery ot patisserie and confectionary. You will choose which route you wish to take depending on your career aspirations.

Entry Requirements
Must have already achieved a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery.

Progression & Career Opportunities
Upon completion of this course students can progress on to Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship framework. Chef de partie or higher education.
