This course will suit students who are starting out in the Hospitality. This course will give a basic understanding of hospitality work.

What will I learn?
This programme will teach students how to prepare and clear areas for table service, prepare area for counter and take-away services and to prepare and cook a variety of dishes.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through tutor observations and assignments.

Entry Requirements
You must be 16-18 years of age and working at Level 1 in Maths and English.

Successful completion of this course can lead to Traineeship programme or Level 2 Hospitality Services. Waiter/Waitress, Coffee Shop/Kitchen Assistant
