We are the largest provider of apprenticeships in Buckinghamshire. Our experienced team of Trainer-Assessors works closely with apprentices and their employers, supporting you throughout your apprenticeship. We deliver the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Food and Beverage Service using the onsite delivery model, with apprentices assessed through observation of practical sessions in the workplace. This apprenticeship is designed for those working in food and beverage service and who want to develop their skills in hospitality and catering and gain a nationally recognised qualification. We pride ourselves on our industry-standard facilities and the outstanding support we deliver for apprentices and employers.
What will I learn?
This qualification is ideal for school leavers at 16+ who have a proven interest in the area. You will gain a range of skills and knowledge in food and beverage service within the workplace, including team working, customer service skills and objective setting.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed in the workplace based on observed practical performance across a range of roles and tasks.

Progression & Career Opportunities
Upon successful completion you will be able to undertake a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (A-level equivalent). There is a wide range of careers available in the hospitality and catering sector including hotels, restaurants and commercial kitchens.
This apprenticeship will take up to 18 months to complete. Uniform: Chef whites and protective shoes required.
