This course is for anyone who wants to be a chef in the catering and hospitality sector and it is ideal for learners coming straight from school who seek a career in this industry.

How will I be assessed?
You will assessed by continuous portfolio assessments, online technical certificates and Functional Skills exams.
At least 1 GCSE at grade 9-4 (A-C) in Maths or English.
Progression & Career Opportunities
Upon completion of this course students can progress on to an Advanced Apprenticeship. Possible promotion into a larger kitchen.
Cost of Study
This course is fully funded for students who are 16-18 years of age. If you are 19 years of age or over then this course may be funded depending on your circumstances, please contact admissions for more details.
