Funding and Financal Support

It is possible that before you are able to attend Buckinghamshire College Group, you may need help in overcoming financial difficulties that make it hard to afford the equipment, uniform or travel for your course. We have various allocations of money each year, and these funds exist to help people attend college who may have difficulties with the additional costs of learning.

The College Support Scheme (CSS) is available to give finanacial assistance with costs associated with a course such as uniform, kit, books, DBS check, trips and transport to those students whose circumstances mean that they may find it difficult to afford these items.

Fee Calculator

All of our 16-18 full time study programmes are free of charge. There may be some additional costs for uniforms or trips and visits. You will be informed of this when you apply for your course.

For those undertaking 19+ courses will have some course fees to pay to the college. The fee amount and any financial help available depends on individual circumstances and the course you are taking.

By completing the following questions our fees calculator will give you an indication of the fees you will need to pay for your course. Please bear in mind the accuracy of this information is reliant on the accuracy of the information you provide and is also subject to changes in legislation and is accurate at the time of completion.

In order to complete the fees calculator, you will need to note the level of the qualification you wish to study (i.e. entry level, level 1, level 2 or level 3 and 4). This information is available on the information page for the course you wish to study – you can use the course search facility if you do not have this information to hand.
