Ever wondered what it was like to design your own garments or make masterpieces to sell well now you have the chance to put that into practice.
What will I learn?
Projects could include costumes for films, a spot of t-shirt printing, designing your own prints on textiles, celebrity styling, making a range of accessories and learning to illustrate your own work.

How will I be assessed?
Continuous assessment through practical work, assignments and project led exercises with a final major project in the final term.
You must have three GCSEs at grade D, preferably in an Art & Design subject as well as English or maths. Ideally you could bring a portfolio of artwork to the interview and may be asked to sit an initial assessment.
Progression & Career Opportunities
Successful completion of this study programme can lead to progression onto Level 3 courses in creative industries including fashion and textiles.
