This is a two-year course, equivalent to three A-levels, which will allow progression to University. This level 3 course is designed to build on previous learning at level 2 or for students coming into the sector with an ambition to build a career in the Health and Social Care sector. Please note that when you apply for this course you will be applying for the first year, which is known as a 90 Credit Diploma.

How will I be assessed?
Assessment is continuous, based on assignments, practical work and workplace performance.
A minimum of 4 GCSE passes including English and Maths. We are accepting a grade C (current GCSE) or a grade 4 (New GCSE) as a pass. Alternatively we will accept a full Level 2 qualification at Merit grade or above including GCSE English and Maths.
Progression & Career Opportunities
Level 3 Extended Diploma. You will be able to work in a number of industries, including Nursing, Social Work and Social Care.
Cost of Study
This course is fully funded for students who are 16-18 years of age.
There will be a course contribution fee of £125. There is also an additional fee for the CRB check of approximately £60.
