Are you aspiring to a legal career and achieve your goal without necessarily going to university? We can provide the CILEX route by offering courses in legal studies and para-legal training. This course is for anyone wishing to gain an entry-level qualification in law, perhaps as a more practical alternative to law A-level.

What will I learn?
You will learn key skills necessary for a career in the legal sector. These include how to research information how to present and reference the material. You will also learn how to discuss and debate a range of arguments. You will be required to take part in group classroom activities as well as spending time working independently at home.
This course is a full-time study programme and has been formulated to prepare you for the future. This means as well as studying your chosen course, you'll also work on important skills to help to equip you for your future career. Your study programme will include: Your chosen course, English & Maths and/or subject related IT sessions (Digital Skills), a 45 day subject related work placement (Industry Placement), personal development sessions (Tutorials) and independent study sessions (Directed Study).

How will I be assessed?
A mixture of written exams or multi-task assignments.

A minimum of four GCSE passes including English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above.

Progression & Career Opportunities
CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice also contributes to the first stage of chartered legal executive training, so you could build on the qualification if you find you have an aptitude for legal study.
Further study in this subject can lead to careers such as: Solicitor, Barrister, Barristers' clerk, Chartered legal executive, Para-legal, Licensed conveyancer or Legal secretary.
