Our Parent and Carer Progress Portal gives you access to key information about your young person’s time at college.
Through the portal, you can view:
- Attendance and punctuality
- Academic progress and achievement
- Timetables and upcoming lessons
- Work placement logs and updates
Look out for phishing emails: Please be cautious of phishing emails that may appear to come from the College. If you receive an unexpected message asking for personal information or containing a suspicious attachment, do not open it. Instead, close the email and contact the College directly to confirm its authenticity.
Accessing the Progress Portal
Parent and carer login details are automatically issued at the start of each academic year for students aged under 19.
You’ll receive an email with your login details at the address provided to the College.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot my password’ on the login page to reset it.
If you haven’t received your login details or if you experience any login issues, please contact our technical support team using the 'Raise a Support Ticket’ button below.

Registering with a Parent PIN
If your young person is over 19 or you haven’t received your login details, you can register manually using their Parent PIN.
Each student’s Parent PIN can be found on their EILP Portal under Student Details.
Once you have the PIN, click the button below to register.
Please note that registrations are manually reviewed, and requests will be declined if the PIN or details provided don’t match our records.
