Raise a Concern
We do everything we can to offer a great experience, but if something hasn’t gone to plan, please let us know.
Most issues can be sorted quickly and informally by speaking to a member of staff, but if you’d prefer to raise something more formally, we’ll take your complaint seriously and handle it with care, respect and fairness.
You can make a formal complaint by:
- Speaking to a member of staff
- Calling us directly

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of the Principal’s Office receiving it.
