This course is designed for qualified electricians wishing to expand their skills in electric vehicle charging installation and maintenance.
Learners should hold one of the following:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation or equivalent
- ECS Gold Card
- JIB Electrician Card
- Approved Electrician Card
It is recommended that learners are up to date with the latest BS 7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
- Assessment
You will be assessed through an online multiple choice exam.
- Certification
Successful learners will achieve the City & Guilds Level 3 Award in the Requirements for the Design and Installation of Domestic and Small Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Installations (2921-34).
This is an evergreen qualification and does not expire.
