Understanding water regulations is essential for anyone working in plumbing and heating. The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 and the Water Byelaws 2000 in Scotland set the legal framework for preventing waste, misuse, contamination and incorrect installation of water systems across the UK.

This Water Regulations course at the Bucks Green Energy Skills Hub is designed for plumbing and heating professionals who need a solid understanding of current legislation to ensure compliant, safe and efficient installation practices. It also supports progression towards industry registration schemes and competent person status.
