- What will I learn?
This Apprenticeship programme teaches you how to keep homes, workplaces, and community spaces safe, functional, and looking their best. From carpentry and plumbing to tiling, decorating, electrics, and customer care.
- Additional Information All apprentices must be employed in a relevant area to their apprenticeship. Apprenticeships are mostly delivered in the workplace. Some qualifications involve classroom delivery and this can take place at College or on employer premises. The College offers a range of day release, block release and 1:1 tuition options to suit the needs of employers and Apprentices alike. Your assessor, who will support you through your apprenticeship, will visit you in the workplace every 4 to 6 weeks. Once you have completed your online application you will receive an invite to interview. Once you have received an offer you will be invited to attend an induction session at the College which will be followed up with a visit with your employer. When your enrolment has been completed, your delivery and assessment can commence.

With further training, you can advance into more complex technical or supervisory roles:
Building Services Engineering Service & Maintenance Engineer (Level 3) A more technical route with a focus on systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Construction Support Technician (Level 3) Ideal if you want to move towards technical or site-support roles.
Facilities Management Supervisor (Level 3) A first step into supervising teams or managing property portfolios.
- How am I assessed?
Mock exams through out practical training End point assessment exams which include, practical exam, Interview underpinned by a portfolio of evidence and Multiple-choice test.
