A practical course for learners who enjoy hands-on work and want real career options. This course is ideal for young people who like learning by doing and want to build practical skills for the world of work. The Level 2 Property Maintenance Study Programme helps learners develop confidence, independence and employability while working towards a recognised qualification. Learners will gain experience across a range of trades, preparing them for jobs in property maintenance, housing and estates – or for progression onto apprenticeships or further construction courses. A full study programme – not just a course. All learners aged 16–18 complete a full study programme, which includes:

English and maths (GCSE or Functional Skills, if not achieved a grade 4) Weekly tutorials (WISPA) focusing on wellbeing, inclusion, sustainability, professionalism and ambitious future goals Weekly course leader tutorials focusing on target setting, progress tracking and planning next steps Work experience or industry-related projects, helping learners understand real working environments Careers advice and support, including help with CVs, interviews and next steps

Learners are supported by a Course Leader and a Progress Coach, who work closely with them to help them stay on track.
