Our talented Special Effects Makeup students have been getting hands-on industry experience in the spookiest way possible by transforming actors into terrifying creatures for Buckinghamshire Railway Centre’s annual Halloween event, Night Fright.

Taking place on 31st October and 1st November, Night Fright invites brave visitors to explore scare mazes, encounter killer clowns, and descend into a haunted cellar, all brought chillingly to life by the incredible makeup artistry of our students.
Working on-site at the Railway Centre in Quainton, the students have been practicing and perfecting their horror-inspired looks, from gruesome wounds to ghostly ghouls. Their work will be front and centre as actors roam the grounds, delivering spine-tingling scares to guests.

This collaboration offers our learners a unique opportunity to apply their skills in a live entertainment setting, gaining valuable experience in theatrical makeup, time management, and working with performers in a fast-paced environment.
We’re proud to see our students contributing to such a thrilling local event, and we can’t wait to see their creations in action this Friday and Saturday night!
