ASHP Heating System Design + Installation & Maintenance
Double Course | 4 Days | Two Certificates
This comprehensive programme equips you with the knowledge and practical skills to design, install and maintain Air Source Heat Pump heating systems.
You will gain:

ASHP Installation & Maintenance
Single Course | 2 Days | One Certificate
This focused course provides the core skills required to install and maintain Air Source Heat Pumps safely and effectively.
You will gain:

- Recognised certification supporting renewable heating work

Entry Requirements
To ensure a high standard of learning, learners must meet the following eligibility and qualification requirements:
Learners must hold one of the following:
- N/SVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Heating & Ventilation, Oil Fired Technical Services or Gas Installation & Maintenance
- Or minimum of 2 years of experience installing wet central heating systems (evidence required, such as manufacturer course certification or registration with Gas Safe, OFTEC, MCS or HETAS).
Learners must also hold:
- Water Regulations certification
- Domestic Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems certification
Please note: If you do not currently hold these certificates, standalone courses may be available.

These courses are fully funded by Nottingham Council for eligible learners who meet the qualifying criteria, meaning there is no cost to attend.
